  CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COORDINATION DEPARTMENTS

Royal Cargo's Customer Service and Coordination Departments count with a staff well experienced in cargo management to attend to your needs in an efficient and professional manner.

Coordination and customer service begins at the farm level and does not end until after the product arrives to its destination, upon schedule and in its best condition.  Royal Cargo will assist you in any matter regarding your shipment. Royal Cargo has built a reputation by providing reliability in the service it extends to its clients.

Our special relationship with cargo airlines ensures that all the necessary requirements demanded by foreign ports are complied with, including:

• Selecting an airline, flight dates, tariffs, consolidation, number of boxes and customer's requirements.

• Coordination with farms confirming boxes requested by customer and other details pertaining to the shipment, such as: day and time of delivery, required export permits and flower types.

• Sending Pre-Alerts with all pertinent information related to flight, ETA and ETD.

Customer Service promises the following for your shipments:

• Shipment tracking of your cargo to assure connections and to limit inconveniences en-route to final destination.

• Maintaining customers updated on their cargo's status.

• Conserving a close relationship with all customers and making sure all the customers needs are met in all their shipments.
 
 
  POLICIES AND PROCEDURE

1. Delivery of Cargo

- Cargo is delivered to our facilities located at Avenida Eloy Alfaro 12-730.

- Cargo must be accompanied by a shipping packing list and an original invoice, both indispensable for obtaining exportation documents.

2. Receiving Cargo

- Boxes are received at our facilities the day prior to flying.

- Cargo is received immediately upon arriving at our facilities.  Eleven docks expedite receipts and departures.

- Product temperature is strictly monitored.

3. Delivery of Cargo to Airlines

- Arriving first, always in refrigerated trucks, assures your space with the airline.

- A qualified staff supervises that your product arrives on time and is delivered properly.
